Emergency & Urgent Care
*WE ARE NOT AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL*
Although we are not an emergency clinic, we do accept emergency cases. We have at least one doctor working at all times and multiple technicians. We are not equipped for all cases but will do everything we can to help you and your pet. Depending on the situation we may have to refer you to another hospital that would be best suited for the survival of your pet.
If possible, it is best to call before coming in so that a Client Care Coordinator can advise you on your particular emergency. We are also available for urgent care when the condition is not life-threatening, but you feel your pet needs to be seen before you are able to get an appointment. Our veterinarians will work to see you and your pet between our previously scheduled appointments. When you arrive, our receptionists will be able to give you an estimate on how long you may have to wait in order to be seen.
